The Corner Cottage:Not just a room - a complete colonial cottage for your exclusive use! The Corner Cottage was the original baker's shop and residence built in the 1850's and operated as such until as recently as the 1970's. Colin and Ruth Clarke then established the premises as an antique store and subsequent owners converted it into colonial accommodation in 2003. Newer features added during the renovations included a modern kitchen with laundry facilities and a bathroom with spa bath The Corner Cottage features a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, with a large loungeroom and a cosy gas log fire. Rates include a selection of teas and coffees, and homebaked "goodies" to welcome you on your arrival. There is also the option on the booking page to add provisions for a full breakfast: bacon, eggs, tomatoes, cereals, juice, tea, plunger coffee, home baked bread, spreads and homemade jams, which will be replenished each day. Facilities include: TV, DVD player, radio/CD, courtyard BBQ, off-street parking and local phone. Mobile broadband available. We are a strictly non-smoking establishment.
